The Best Pineapple Pico de Gallo

Healthy Recipes - This Pineapple Pico de Gallo is a fresh homemade salsa full of tomatoes, sweet onions, pineapple, jalapenos, and cilantro. It makes a wonderful topping for chicken or tacos and can be eaten as a healthy dip!

You’ll Need:

  • 2 c tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2 c pineapple finely chopped
  • 1 c sweet onion finely diced
  • ¼ - ½ c jalapenos finely diced*
  • ¼ c lime juice fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¾ c cilantro chopped
  • salt to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
  2. Serve on top of chicken, tacos or eat it as a dip!
